Denni Ian is a Danish writer, painter and musician. His art is informed by his love for poetry, classic and obscure literature, traditional songwriting, punk and expressionistic art.

An amalgamation of traditional and experimental songwriting culminates in a captivating and emotionally resonant sound, echoing a distinctive amore disperato. Ian’s songwriting, characterised by a poetic and haunted lyrical quality, reflects themes of alienation and vivid melancholy that oscillates between confessional writing and cryptic poetry, filed to the brim with iconographic imagery.
