Son Of Caesar writes and sings his songs about love, loss and wanderlust. We are dealing with wellcomposed americana with loads of pedal steel and acoustic guitar resulting in a pure bittersweet melancholic sound.
For his latest album he recruited help from his gifted American friends Nate Walcott on trumpet (Bright Eyes, First Aid Kit etc.) and Catherine Popper on bass (Ryan Adams & The Cardinals, Jack White etc.).
“It is so straightforward, simple and catchy that it sounds like it was made right next to the room where Lennon & McCartney made their first songs” – Rockzeit
